The rooms are quite simply furnished so it isn't a luxury hotel. However, we had a minibar/fridge and air con. Bathroom was spacious with shower over the bath and water was hot. The bedroom, bathroom and other areas were all very clean. Beds were comfortable, bedding was cool cotton and towels were a good size and soft ( I hate crunchy towels!) All of the staff, from reception and bar to the cleaners and the man who cleaned the pool and took us to airport were all extremely friendly and helpful. We paid less than £300 for a twin room for 3 nights over Easter and I think that is amazing value. Having the pool and roof terrace to relax on was great too. The weather was fabulous so it was lovely to be able to have a swim..it was under cover so we could go in the morning and it was warm inside. Jacuzzi wasn't boiling hot but it would probably be too hot in the heat if it was much hotter! My husband and son had breakfast and a couple of meals and said the food was nice. My daughter and I just got some croissants from the Aldi a few minutes walk away and had coffees from the bar. Ate at a fantastic pizza place about 5 minutes away where food was excellent and staff friendly. 2 huge pizzas and 2 soft drinks for 30 euros. We went in to Madrid 2 of the days and an Uber was around 22 euros each way. Didn't take long to get there and the uber arrived within minutes. Had free transport to airport too. Had to get an uber to hotel as it was a Bank Holiday but that was only 13 euros. If you go into Madrid, I would recommend the eco tuk tuk tour. Only had time for the 1 hr express one but it was fab. Also the Flamenco show near Gran Via was good fun! I would definitely go back to Madrid and to this hotel.

Room was perfect...quiet and bed was huge and very comfortable Location was great for businesses in area and bonus shuttle to drop off at the office!

I liked the breakfast buffet, the service at the restaurant, the warm pool in the winter and having the crib available at the room for my baby.

Bed was very comfortable and the room was beautifully cleaned, only thing it lacked was tea and coffee making facilities put a kettle in would make a difference.

We were only in the hotel one night so we didn't get a chance to use the pool.
